Meet the real boss of the property. “She’s the boss. We’re just staff.”
Our personal security officer is always on patrol, keeps a close eye on visitors, and takes her job very seriously — especially when snacks are involved.
Her duties include welcoming guests, monitoring the perimeter, and looking adorable. Please note: she may bray instead of answering questions, and her security services are powered by hay. Please respect the head of security — she runs a tight ship!

Every beautiful property needs someone to keep an eye on the grass. Willie takes that responsibility very seriously.

He works from the ground up.
Meet Willie, our very own lawn-care specialist. His approach is simple: inspect the grass, taste-test the grass, and make sure the grass never gets too comfortable.
He doesn't use a mower, doesn't ask for a salary, and never books a day off. His only demands are fresh greens and a little space to strut.
Willie's motto: “If it's green, it's under management.” 🌿

Meet Bettie, Our Cleaning Captain
Willie may look after the grass, but Bettie is in charge of keeping standards high. She has a sharp eye for detail — and absolutely no interest in doing the dishes.

Meet Bettie, Vlakvark's very own Cleaning Captain. She supervises the grass, inspects the grounds, and makes sure everything is exactly where she left it.
Her cleaning checklist is simple: look around, nibble something, stare at the staff until they feel guilty, and call it a productive shift.
Bettie's motto: “If you can see the dust, you're standing too close.” 😂
She accepts compliments, leafy snacks, and absolutely no complaints about her work ethic.

Meet Bettie’s Cleaning Team 🦌🧹
Bettie may be the captain, but she doesn’t do all the hard work alone. Her springbok team is always on the grass patrol — nibbling away at the lawn one mouthful at a time.
Their cleaning policy: If it’s growing, it’s getting trimmed. If it’s tasty, it’s getting inspected. And if you catch them taking a snack break, that’s simply a staff meeting.
They’re excellent at keeping the grounds natural, but they refuse to carry a broom. Management is looking into it. 😂
